Delivery Areas
We currently deliver to Libya, Morocco, and other African markets, on a business-to-business basis to hotels, restaurants, distributors, and other companies. We do not ship to individual consumers or to destinations outside the markets we currently serve.
Transport Methods
Depending on order volume, destination, and required delivery timeline, goods are shipped by road (truck), sea (container/maritime freight), or air freight. The most suitable transport method for each order is determined and confirmed with the buyer as part of the order confirmation process, before dispatch.
Order Confirmation and Customs Clearance
All orders are confirmed in writing or by phone before dispatch. Shipments are cleared through customs at origin and, where applicable, at destination. Import duties, taxes, and destination customs formalities are the responsibility of the buyer unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Cargo Insurance
Goods are insured for transport for the duration of the shipment, from the point of handover to the carrier until delivery, unless otherwise specified in the order confirmation or commercial contract.
Delivery Times and Costs
Delivery times and costs are quoted individually for each order, based on destination, order volume, and transport method, and are confirmed in your order confirmation or commercial offer. Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed unless expressly agreed in writing.
Risk of Loss and Transfer of Responsibility
Our responsibility for the goods ends once they are handed over to the carrier (road, sea, or air) at the point of origin, following order confirmation. From that point, the shipment is covered by cargo insurance for the duration of transit, and any loss, damage, or delay occurring during transport is a matter between the buyer, the carrier, and the insurer. Risk of loss or damage to goods passes to the buyer upon handover to the carrier, unless otherwise expressly agreed in writing in the applicable commercial contract.
Customs and Import Compliance
International deliveries may be subject to customs clearance, import duties, and local regulatory requirements, including ONSSA food safety requirements in Morocco. These are the responsibility of the buyer unless otherwise agreed in writing. Alcoholic products (wines) are not available for delivery to Libya, in accordance with local legislation prohibiting alcohol.
